We had a garage door emergency when one of the springs broke. I called express door repair and a nice lady answered the phone. I explained that I needed somebody to come as soon as possible because the kids had to be in school and the car was stuck in the garage. She said she would have somebody call me right away. I called for a new garage remote. I had had an adapter put in when we replaced the remote last time. The fellow came and immediately this is really old, and I had told him that I had already told him it’s old. Right away he says he doesn’t have the re and would have to replace the adapter and charge an additional $200. I to told him no I wasn’t told that. He was trying to pressure me to do it and guilt trip that I came all this way. I was firm. Anyhow I called another reputable company and they charged half for the service call and way less for the report and didn’t need a new adapter and ended up paying 1 third what this guy wanted to charge me!

I would like to whole heartedly recommend Express Door Repair and their amazing repair specialist Roy. I have been looking for a repair company to fix my friends roll down pentagon shutter door for over a month. The company who installed it years ago didn’t seem interested in coming from Langley to even look at the problem and 3 other local companies never called us back or required payment before even coming to the residence? I had the greatest experience with Roy and Express Door. Our garage door spring broke Monday morning - I called around and got a ton of vague quotes and answers about how they were going to fix the door and time. Not with Express Door. I called and their service dispatcher was very clear about what the costs would be, how long it could potentially take and most importantly, detailed the warranty for both the parts and labour…..the only company to do thatRoy arrived that evening to fix the door. He detailed exactly what he was doing plus how long it was going to take him. He even took the time to educate me on what the proper springs would be needed.
