I called for a new garage remote. I had had an adapter put in when we replaced the remote last time. The fellow came and immediately this is really old, and I had told him that I had already told him it’s old. Right away he says he doesn’t have the re and would have to replace the adapter and charge an additional $200. I to told him no I wasn’t told that. He was trying to pressure me to do it and guilt trip that I came all this way. I was firm. Anyhow I called another reputable company and they charged half for the service call and way less for the report and didn’t need a new adapter and ended up paying 1 third what this guy wanted to charge me!

my garage door spring suddenly broke this morning and my garage is the only entrance that I can get into my home so this was really an emergency situation. I called my usual garage repair guy but no one answer I guess because it's a Sunday. then I called the other company they also couldn't come until 4pm. so I had my try with express door repair and Roy was able to come within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently and professionally. I had the greatest experience with Roy and Express Door. Our garage door spring broke Monday morning - I called around and got a ton of vague quotes and answers about how they were going to fix the door and time. Not with Express Door. I had an issue with the bottom panel of my garage door where the panel had expanded and separated from the L-bracket, which caused the door to jam on the frame and be unable to close.We contacted Roy at Express Door Repair on a Sunday and he came the same afternoon. He provided exceptional service, fixing the problem and helping me to avoid the much more costly repair that would have involved replacement of the panel. He also discussed his various steps, plus checked the balance of the door.Roy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and his rates were very reasonable. Roy was very efficient and knowledgeable in fixing our garage door. He fixed the connection for our remote, the opener not closing properly, and helped flatten out the dents on the garage door. He also went the extra step to recommend and tighten the springs to ensure that the doors are balanced and it takes a load off of the gears in the opener to make them last longer. Roy is reliable and a true professional. He helped me install a new garage door opener efficiently and communicated maintenance and operation guidelines very thoroughly. Our garage door was stuck so I googled garage repair service that would be close to my area, one of which was Express Door Repair, and 5 star reviews I decided to use them. Roy was able to drop by the same day and fix the issue with our garage door. Roy was friendly and very professional and did a great job. His rate is fair as well. real professional work. I got broken spring on my garage. call this guy name roy afternoon. same day two hours later shows up replaced my spring within an hour .nice and friendly . even fixed my bended pannel for free! clean up the door after all . and yes with two years warranty . recommended for sure !
