Had a 4-1 error code showing up, called these guys last night and got Roy coming onsite in the morning already. He explained to me about the problem with the broken spring and some of the misalignment of the wheels/door. We had a garage door emergency when one of the springs broke. I called express door repair and a nice lady answered the phone. I explained that I needed somebody to come as soon as possible because the kids had to be in school and the car was stuck in the garage. She said she would have somebody call me right away. I called for a new garage remote. I had had an adapter put in when we replaced the remote last time. The fellow came and immediately this is really old, and I had told him that I had already told him it’s old. Right away he says he doesn’t have the re and would have to replace the adapter and charge an additional $200. I to told him no I wasn’t told that. He was trying to pressure me to do it and guilt trip that I came all this way. I was firm. Anyhow I called another reputable company and they charged half for the service call and way less for the report and didn’t need a new adapter and ended up paying 1 third what this guy wanted to charge me!

Reasonably priced with flexible scheduling, we were pleased with the door spring conversion…we decided to have Roy complete a second garage door torsion spring that was way beyond its lifecycle. I would like to whole heartedly recommend Express Door Repair and their amazing repair specialist Roy. I have been looking for a repair company to fix my friends roll down pentagon shutter door for over a month. I had the greatest experience with Roy and Express Door. Our garage door spring broke Monday morning - I called around and got a ton of vague quotes and answers about how they were going to fix the door and time. Not with Express Door. I called and their service dispatcher was very clear about what the costs would be, how long it could potentially take and most importantly, detailed the warranty for both the parts and labour…..the only company to do thatRoy arrived that evening to fix the door. He detailed exactly what he was doing plus how long it was going to take him. He even took the time to educate me on what the proper springs would be needed. Roy the owner was very quick to call me back within minutes! He was very good at communicating via phone before he arrived. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my problem. His service was very fair in pricing. Even did some extra care maintenance on my other 2 doors on his own initiative. I would definitely recommend Roy 150%.

Our garage door was stuck so I googled garage repair service that would be close to my area, one of which was Express Door Repair, and 5 star reviews I decided to use them. Roy was able to drop by the same day and fix the issue with our garage door. Roy was friendly and very professional and did a great job. His rate is fair as well. I was a bit skeptical at first but after my experience I can see why people give him 5 star reviews. I would recommend him to others.

Excellent service, very nice guy. I am able to get my appointment on the next day which is a great help. He explained the problem to me clearly and offered me with a few options. Price is reasonable, highly recommended.

This is my 3 times using this company for different locations...so this review is well overdue! Roy is a hard worker and delivers. He says exactly what he's going to do and gives an affirmative timeline.He said it would take 3 days to fix our commercial garage door and it took exactly that. He is quite reasonable in pricing as well. If you want honesty and the best...call Roy.

I had to change my old wooden noisy garage door and so I contacted Express Garage Door Repair Ltd,. Roy is very reliable, honest and hard working.He gave me some options and find the right manufacturer. He came on a Sunday to install. real professional work. I got broken spring on my garage. call this guy name roy afternoon. same day two hours later shows up replaced my spring within an hour .nice and friendly . even fixed my bended pannel for free! clean up the door after all . and yes with two years warranty . recommended for sure !
